Sadhana Log — development version. Updated October 17, 2026.
Who we are
Sadhana Log is a Spade Solution app. For privacy questions, contact hello@thelapyae.com.
Your practice and journal
The app stores practice names, session times, optional reflections, and custom practices on your device. These records can synchronize through your private iCloud account. We do not operate a public journal database or use journal text for advertising.
Apple Health
With permission, completed practice intervals are written as Mindful Minutes. The app can read existing heart-rate and respiratory-rate samples within a completed interval. It does not actively measure breathing or create workouts.
The current development version includes saved Health ranges and samples in private iCloud session records. This storage design is being revised before public release. This development policy will be updated to match the release version.
Lock Screen Live Activities
To start an iPhone Live Activity from Apple Watch, a service hosted on Cloudflare processes installation identifiers, APNs push tokens, and practice name, icon, start and finish metadata. Journal text and heart-rate or respiratory-rate samples are not sent to this service. Apple processes the push notifications.
Retention and deletion
App records remain until you delete them. Removing a journal entry does not remove already-saved Apple Health samples. The current push service retains installation tokens while registered and cleans up older coordination records during subsequent use; a fixed retention and self-service deletion mechanism is still being finalized before public release. Contact us for questions about service data.
Your choices
You can use practice timing without granting Health access. Health permissions and Live Activities can be managed in Apple settings. Private iCloud data is associated with your Apple Account. We do not sell data or use advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
